Big Day for Healthcare
Today was a very important day for America. I am very proud that the legislative system worked and there is help for a very broken healthcare system. I worry about the price that was paid politically and what it means for other important legislative issues, but I have to believe it was worth it.
For a country as great as ours, the status quo for healthcare was not acceptable. The changes might not be perfect, but they are a large step in the right direction.
